She is survived by: her daughters, Lissy Wood, Laura Allen, Emily Edwards (Dennis), Abby Goins (Tyler) and Taylor Worthy; her siblings, Barbara, Patsy and Mike; her grandchildren, Davis, Carly, Jake, Jackson, Trinity, Chloe and Max; and her friends, Kay Keener and Sandy.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests honoring Susan's memory through acts of kindness to others, as she so often did.
