He was predeceased by: his father Frederick Earnest Frame. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Morris Frame; his son Thomas Alexander Earnest Frame of Belmont; his mother Nong Ok "Nancy" Chu Frame; his sister Meagan Ok Frame of Manassas, Virginia; his parents-in-law, Dawn and Steve Jones of Union Mills, NC; his sister Stephanie; his brother-in-law Tim Miller; and his grandfather-in-law Hazel B. Radford. He is also survived by children; grandchildren.
