He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Cloninger and Estelle Bailey Cloninger; his brother Benny Cloninger; and his sister-in-law Judy Cloninger. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Cloninger; his children, Darryl Gene Cloninger (Monica), Donna Lynn Cloninger and Audra Annette Cloninger Martin (David); his brother Ronnie Cloninger; his sister-in-law Jo Ann Cloninger; and his grandchildren, Derrick Cloninger (Heather), Joshua Barker (Ashley), Bryan Barker (Rachel), Christa Rhyne (Sam), Zachary Neagle and Connor Neagle. He is also survived by 3 children, 6 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
