The memory of Brenda Jean Mauney Buckner of Belmont, North Carolina, who passed away on December 6, 2025 at the age of 63, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ellen Carpenter Mauney and Abram Zeb Mauney; and her husband Larry Dale Buckner, Sr.. She is survived by: her brothers, Anthony Michael Sisk and John Sisk; her children, Larry Dell Buckner, Jr., Abraham Zay Buckner (Angela Buckner) and Stacy Caprice Reppo (Joshua Reppo); her grandchildren, Ashleigh Mariah Beckner, Alexander James Bolch, Kya Nicole Reppo, Jonathan Tony Buckner, David Scott Buckner and Billy Dell Buckner; and her daughters, Bella Rose Vaughn and Victoria Paige Bolch. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Belmont Foursquare Church (8 Elizabeth St, Belmont, NC 28012). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Belmont Foursquare Church or to Taylor Memorial Baptist Church, 2616 Davis Park Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.
