He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Harvey, Jr. and Joy Belle Shepard Harvey; and his grandparents, Selma and Jesse Harvey, Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Peeler (David); his granddaughter Jessica Forrester; his great grandchildren, Carson Jayce Forrester and Mikayla Ingram; his nephew Jeremy Blaine (Jamie); and his niece Tonia Rhyne (Francisco Martinez).
