It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Alan Crisp of Belmont, North Carolina, who passed away on July 19, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Charles William Crisp; his sister Trevia Brackett; and his stepgranddaughter Ashley Farmer. He is survived by: his mother Mary Mitchem Crisp of Bessemer City; his wife Debbie Crisp of Belmont; his sons, Michael Crisp (Jay Hreiz) of Charlotte and Matthew Crisp (Crystal) of Gastonia; his grandchildren, Landon Crisp of Gastonia and Kinley Crisp of Gastonia; his sister Angela Carroll of Gastonia; his niece Patricia Moses (Kevin) of Cramerton; his nephew Lucas Carroll (Allison) of Burlington, Kentucky; his great-niece Addison Moses of Cramerton; his stepdaughter Tracy Benton of Cramerton; and his stepgrandsons, Max Farmer of Gastonia, Blake Farmer of Gastonia and Cory Farmer (Meredith) of Gastonia.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
