Douglas Edward Harris Obituary

We announce the death of Douglas Edward Harris (Belmont, North Carolina), who passed away on October 9, 2026, at the age of 75. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Harris and Elizabeth Harris (McCarty). He is survived by: his wife Angelica (Zylowski); his children, Seth (Corinne Zuhlke), Masha and Silas (Ashley Knowles); his grandson Samuel Douglas; his stepgrandsons, Evan and Rian Thompson; his brother David; and his nieces, Debbie Stead and Darcy Harris.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Queen of the Apostles Catholic Church (503 N Main St, Belmont, NC 28012). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
