He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Harbin and Pauline Harbin; and his siblings, Lily and Pat. He is survived by: his daughters, Mandy Wood (Andy) and Brandi Waters (Joe); his grandchildren, Cody, Tyler, Toby and Bekah; his siblings, Merry Jo Walker (Hank) and Johnny Harbin (Tammy); his brother-in-law Phil Terry (Ann); his nephew Chris Harbin; and his wife Phyllis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Catawba Heights Baptist Church - Belmont (311 Belmont Mt Holly Rd, Belmont, NC 28012). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
