He is survived by: his father Arthur "Bud" Purcell; his wife Sylvia McCombs Purcell; his stepson Jeremy Wilcox (Kerianne); his grandchildren, Tucker and Lillie Wilcox; his siblings, Caroline Purcell and Charlie Purcell; and his sisters-in-law, Rita Grim and Beverly "Dee Dee" McCombs. He is also survived by several nieces and great-nieces.
