It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann Long Winters of Belmont, North Carolina, born in Indiana, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 15, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Joann and Helen Long Joann; her husband Jack Ray Winters; and her brother Fred Long. She is survived by: her son William "Bill" Winters (Shawna); and her grandchildren, Will Winters and Madelyn Winters. She is also survived by husband, son, and his wife, and especially her grandchildren.
