He is survived by : his girlfriend Darlene Mable Smith; his children, Frankie Mullis (Shonny Britton) and Cheryl Dombroski (Adrian); and his siblings, James David Mullis (Jenny) and Jean Mullis Barbee (Jim). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
