He is survived by: his wife Margaret Bumgardner Packard; his daughter Kristin Packard Henriksen; his son-in-law John Henriksen; his grandson Carson Smith Henriksen; his brother Dick Shull; and his nephews, Vic, Brad and Doug Shull.
