He is survived by: his children, Richard Peter McCoy Jr. and Jennifer Lynn McCoy; his siblings, Bob McCoy, Martina "Tina" McCoy, Trudy McCoy Little, Eugene "Gene" McCoy and Michael McCoy; his grandchildren, Leah Furr, Corbin Stroth, Zachary Mills and Alexander McCoy; and his great grandchild Dean Furr.
