He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cook and Louise Cook. He is survived by: his wife Carol Cook; his daughter Crystal Cook; and his sister Catherine Cook.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the McLean Funeral Directors - Bumgardner Chapel (515 N Central Ave, Belmont, NC 28012).
