He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Scott and Mollie Gaines Scott. He is survived by: his wife Janet McNeill Scott; his children, Wendy Johnson (Chris) of Siler City, Dana Scott of Siler City and Tina Alford (Brad) of Stem, NC; his sister Janie Riggsbee (Mark) of Bonlee; and his grandchildren, Ashton Rollins, Aidan Johnson, Sawyer Johnson, Reese Alford and Harper Alford.
