He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel De Sousa and Rosa De Jesus. He is survived by: his wife Alzira De Sousa; his son Jorge De Sousa (Grace) of Fuquay-Varina; his grandchildren, Matthew and Elizabeth (Kennidy) of Fall River; his daughter Elizabeth Ferreira (Jorge) of Clayton; his grandsons, Alexandre and Gabriel; his son Samuel De Sousa (Ana Marta) of Cary; and his granddaughter Rebecca (Pedro).
