She was predeceased by: her father Roy Sanford Godwin, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Janna Adams Dorman (Terry); her children, Chassidy Koon (Jon), Joshua Faircloth (Samantha), Jeramy Faircloth, Kayla and Andrew Faircloth; her granddaughter Paisley Faircloth; her sister Amanda Blackman (Jerry); her uncles, Joel Adams and Ira Dunn (Judy); her aunt Jennifer Hall (David); her sibling's children, Harley Blackman and Jaret Blackman; and her stepmother Karen Godwin. She is also survived by many cousins and special friends.
