She was predeceased by: her parents, James Avery and Mary Lou Reaves Cook; and her former husband Robert Dale Beasley. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Thomas Darden, Sr.; her son Anthony Beasley (April); her grandchildren, Parker Dale Beasley (McKenly Thompson) and Samantha Beasley Langdon (Paul); her sister Marie Tart; her pet Jake; and her stepchildren, Gerald Thomas Darden, Jr. and Kimberly Darden Cox. She is also survived by three step-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
