We are sad to announce that on May 10, 2023, at the age of 76, Becky Byrd Barefoot (Benson, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Willard Burchel; and her brothers, Dennis Byrd and Durran Byrd. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Barefoot, Jr.; her son Stephen Darrell Barefoot; and her granddaughter Morgan Hanna Barefoot.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the SPCA of Wake County at 200 Petfinder Ln, Raleigh, NC 27603.
