He was predeceased by: his father Sebie Talmadge Blackman; his stepfather Cozart Royal; and his brother Charles Edward Blackman. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jackson Blackman; his children, Jerry Allen Blackman (Amanda) of Benson, Christopher Royal Blackman (Jennifer) of Benson and Michael Anthony Blackman (Katie) of Benson; his grandchildren, Harley Faith Blackman, Jaret Allen Blackman, Carson Reese Blackman, Addison Michael Blackman, Ansley Kate Blackman and Allie Marie Blackman; his sister Regina Royal Honeycutt of Salemburg; and his sister-in-law Ann Blackman of Benson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
