He is survived by: his daughter Lorie Ann Webb; his sister Alice Webb Miller (John Wayne Foster); and his sibling's children, Lou Jean Webb Manning, Allison Miller Dunn, Larry Webb, Teddy Miller and Bobby Gale Webb.
