He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Owen and Leacy Catherine Lee Johnson; his former wife Margaret McCall Johnson; his grandson Dalton Moore Ausley; and his sister Jeanette Carroll.
He is survived by: his wife Kimm F. Johnson; his children, Ronnie Ray Beasley and Wanda Ann Beasley; his stepchildren, Brody Hudson (Jessica) and Brittany Foresi (Miller); his grandchildren, RaeAnn Leigh Coats, Eli Elmon Hudson, Avery Duncan and Yates Foresi; his great grandchild Avery James; his brother Jimmy Johnson (Linda); his nephew Shawn Johnson (Kristi); and his nieces, Amber West (Matthew), MacKenzie Duke (Ben) and Madison Clifton (Ashton).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home (301 W Main St, Benson, NC 27504). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Inc. (301 W Main St, Benson, NC 27504).
Flowers are welcome; however, memorials may be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children, 2900 N. Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
