He is survived by: his wife Marsha Purifoy Puckett; his daughters, Lisa Puckett of Benson and Janet Carr of Newton Grove; his brother Donald Puckett (Vonya) of Benson; his grandchildren, James Douglas Puckett and Alyssa Reagan Swem; his great grandchildren, Johnathon, Sabastian and James; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Faith.
