He is survived by: his close friend Juanita Sanchez; his son Julio Sanchez; his sisters, Apostle (Dia Jean Smith), Doris Ann Smith Williams of Dunn, NC and Mary Love Pickens (Wayne) of Benson, NC; and his aunt Jo Ann Richardson Jefferson of Benson, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
