She was predeceased by: her parents, Crayton Allen and Melissa Allen; her sister Linda Faye Allen Black; and her husband Dennis Michael Johnson. She is survived by: her daughter Denise Lynn Johnson; her grandchildren, Donna Nicole Locklear and Nicholas Alan Mitchell; and her brothers, J. C. Allen and Earl Allen.
