She was predeceased by: her parents, Thylmor "Steve" Harrison and Bessie Pearl Blackman Stephenson; and her siblings, Olivia Abbate, Shelby Cobb, Donnie McCloud, Shirley Elliott, Peggy Stellar and Tommy Stephenson.
She is survived by: her husband Horace Evet Byrd; her daughters, Sheila Wright (Joseph) of Washington State and Darlene Blackmon (Randy) of Benson; and her sisters, Judy Byrd of Benson, Carolyn Tart (Roy) of Dunn, Brenda Harper (Manford) of Benson and Cherie Hoyer (Paul) of Clayton.
