He is survived by: his wife Lalon Sue Vann; his children, Kelli Sue Vann and Christopher Ray; his daughter-in-law Emily Rhodes Vann; his grandchildren, Thomas Riker Vann and Amelia Rhodes Vann; his sister Jane Vann Ziamanesh; and his brother-in-law Ali Ziamanesh.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Rose and Graham Funeral Chapel (301 W Main St, Benson, NC 27504). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made in Jack's honor to the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield, North Carolina, in gratitude for the compassionate care provided to him and his family.
