He was predeceased by: his father Carlos Molina; and his brothers, Mike Molina and Carlos Molina, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Juanita Flores Molina; his wife Irma Garcia Molina; his children, Betty Mendoza (Rogelio), Oneida Molina and Alfredo "Freddy" Molina, Jr.; his grandchildren, R. J. Mendoza, Selena Mendoza of Matthew Mendoza, A. J, Ariella Cheek, Giovanni Cheek, Destiny Reyes, Khloe Reyes, Diamond Molina, Jasmine Molina and Abigail Molina; his great grandchildren, Aiden and Isaac Mendoza; and his siblings, Sylvia Molina, Christina Aguerro, Marcos Molina, Francisco Molina, George Molina, Isidoro Molina, Lisa Rojas, Mele Molina and Irene Molina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
