He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Swartz and Nellie Swartz; and his wife Bonnie Swartz. He is survived by: his son Chip Swartz; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Swartz; and his daughter MacKenzie Swartz. He is also survived by his grandchildren and many friends.
