He was predeceased by: his parent Denvie Allen; his sister Donna Lynn Parker; and his grandson Gage Tart Lee. He is survived by: his wife Jenny W. Tart of Benson; his children, Allen Tart (Jane) of Benson and Sharlie Lee (Cale) of Dunn; his sisters, Linda Holubec (Eugene) of Austin, TX and Gwen Lee of Angier; his grandchildren, McCalyn and Christian Lee; and his niece Cindy Wilkes (Bill) of Wendell.
