She was predeceased by: her father Dan. She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn (Danny) of Smithfield; her grandson Brian Stephenson (Rachel) of Charlotte; her great grandchildren, Noah, Luke and Liam Stephenson of Mooresville; her sister-in-law Hazel Lee of Garner; her sibling's children, John Sullivan, Mary Herrin, Cathy Godwin, Timmy Penny, Danny Lee and Angela Hensley; and her caregivers, Hailey Wood, Pam Kirby and Hilda Thompson.
