Lunette Parker McLamb Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lunette Parker McLamb of Benson, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 17, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jefferson and Callie Franklin Benson Parker; and her siblings, Jackie Adams, Dallas Parker, Katie Lee and Margaret Braswell.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy McLamb; her children, Jama Shannonhouse (Art) and Jay McLamb (Sonya); her grandsons, William McLamb (Jess), Avery Harper (Kailey), Jon McLamb (Abby), Evan Harper (Courtney) and Galen McLamb (Lane); her great grandchild Ellarie Harper; and her sister Pam Holland (Danny Mack). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 2:45 PM to 3:45 PM at the Rose & Graham Funeral Chapel (301 W Main St, Benson, NC 27504). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, and in honor of her love of golf, memorials may be sent to the Campbell University Women's Golf Team in her memory at Campbell University Athletics, Attn: Athletics Advancement, P.O. Box 10, Buies Creek, NC 27506.
