She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Leslie Black and Melva Hudson Black; and her son William Lester "Tinnie" Denning. She is survived by: her husband William Everette "Billy" Denning, Sr.; and her sister-in-law Brenda Allen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
