She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell Clifton and Melba Clifton; and her brothers, Kenneth Clifton and Tommy Clifton. She is survived by: her brother Mitchell Clifton, Jr. (Edna) of Benson; her sisters-in-law, Karen Gibbs of Benson and Glenda Clifton of Benson; and her friends, Jean Wood and Hazel King. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Inc. (301 W Main St, Benson, NC 27504). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel (301 W Main St, Benson, NC 27504).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to BAMA (Benson Area Ministerial Association) to assist in their continued efforts in the community she loved and ministered to her entire life.
