He was predeceased by: his parent Erastus Lee; his siblings, Clara Lee Blackmon (Bobby), Larry Lee (Bev) and Sherwood Lee; and his nephew Gary L. Blackmon.
He is survived by: his nieces, Diane B. Godwin (Philip) of Newton Grove and Linda B. Blackmon of Smithfield; his sister-in-law Lana Sue Lee of South Carolina; his brothers, John Otte of Clayton and Matt O'Brien (Tabitha); and his pet Choco. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and nephews; numerous cousins.
