He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Massengill and Ruby Inez Strickland Massengill; his sister Patsy Johnson; and his pet Barney. He is survived by: his girlfriend Barbara Medlin; his children, Ken Massengill and Leighann Massengill; his sister Portia Snead; his pet Rocky; and also, Eric Barbour and Jordan Barbour. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
