He is survived by: his wife Sandra McKay; his son Christopher Gastardi (Care); his grandchildren, Audriana Gastardi, Lillian Gastardi and Madison Gastardi; his siblings, Rosa Lee Gardner, Brenda Avery and Stephen James; and his sister-in-law Susan Raynor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
