He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Osbourne Blalock and Kathryn Blalock Albertson; his wife Janet M. Howard of Mount Olive, NC; his children, Travis Garrett Blalock (Meredith Best Blalock) and Meredith Katherine Blalock; and his granddaughters, Mary Catherine Blalock, Elizabeth Abigail Blalock, Clara Eleanor Blalock, Madeline Elaine Blalock and Caroline Elizabeth Cashman.
