He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Otis Leslie Black, Melva Hudson Black, Carl C. Denning, Catherine Lexine Lucas and Bobby Tom Lucas.
He is survived by: his parents, William Everett "Billy" Denning, Sr. and Mary Lois Black Denning. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
