He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Summitt and Emily Summitt. He is survived by: his wife Ginny Summitt; his daughter Harley Rush; his siblings, Carol Clark, Suzie Summitt, Dale Summitt and Charlie Summitt; and his friends, Bo Finger, Calvin Hannah and Ted Knapp.
