He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his daughter Patty Anthony; his granddaughter Raycia Nesbitt (Kinston); and his sisters, Nancy Carter (Butch) and Shirley Green.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Greene Funeral Service - West Chapel (216 Archie Whitesides Rd, Gastonia, NC 28052).
