She was predeceased by: her father James Allen Foy; and her grandparents, Velvin and Ozell Foy. She is survived by: her mother Bobbie Jane Marshburn of Maple Hill, NC; her grandmother Mavis; and her children, Hunter Smith of Wilmington, NC, Harrison Smith of Richlands, NC and Madeline "Maddie" Smith of Wilmington, NC.. She is also survived by Aunts and Uncles, two special nephews and one niece.
