He is survived by: his wife Peggy L. Pickett of Beulaville, NC; his sons, Jimmy "Jay" Pickett, Jr. (Cathy) and James "Tim" Pickett (Paige) of Beulaville, NC; his sister Margaret "Polly" Jones of Beulaville, NC; and his granddaughters, Kristina Quinn (Tripp) and Beth Brinson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Community Funeral Home (840 W Main St, Beulaville, NC 28518). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
