He is survived by: his wife Cindy Smith of Beulaville, NC; his daughters, Nikki Miller of Chinquapin, NC and Brianne Outlaw of Beulaville, NC.; and his brothers, John Hallow III (Kim) of Emerald Isle, NC and Todd Hallow (Tricia) of Greenville, NC..
