He is survived by: his wife Debra Waters Street; his children, Jeremy Street (Christina) and Amanda Blizzard (Josh); his grandchildren, Jamey Street, JJ Street, Brody Blizzard, Noah Blizzard, Josie Blizzard and Molly Kate Kennedy; his mother Paulette Futrell; his siblings, Bobby Futrell (Linda), Debbie Horne and Karen Royall (Steve); and his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Futrell and Lorraine Street.
