With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Dorene Callicutt of Biscoe, North Carolina, who passed away on August 1, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Charlotte may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Buddy Albert Callicutt and Charlotte Dorothy Brock; her siblings, Darrell, Buddy Callicutt and Tammy Callicutt; and her grandson Michael Mitchell Wallace.
She is survived by: her daughters, Penny Wallace of Rockingham and Jennifer Crisco (Dustin) of Troy; her close friend Wayne McInnis; and her sisters, Christie Richardson (Cregg) of Albemarle and Misty Wood of Troy. She is also survived by five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bumgarner Family Funeral Service (620 Albemarle Rd, Troy, NC 27371). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cabin Creek Independent Baptist Church (186 Allens Alley, Biscoe, NC 27209). A burial will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at the Southside Cemetery South Main (303 S Main St, Troy, NC 27371).
