He was predeceased by: his parents, Raeford Brown and Epp Poole Brown. He is survived by: his wife Betty Vuncannon Brown; his daughter Jenna Christine Brown (Joshua Lee Everhart) of Winston Salem; his siblings, Guy Harris Brown (Kathy) of Asheboro and Pamela McQueen of Troy; and his grandchildren, Riley Rose Everhart and Ricky Ryan Everhart.
