He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Lethco; his parents, Vernon Lethco and Bessie Freeman Lethco; his grandparents, Ira and Annie Jean Freeman; his children, Michael Rowell and Kim Craven; his siblings, Harold Lethco and Shelby Brown; and his grandsons, Tony English Jr. and Daniel Rowell.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Rowell, Beth Murphy and Leah Harris (Bruce); his siblings, Vernie Thomas (Pat) and Hilda Sanders (Boots); and his brother-in-law Johnny Ballew. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; a multitude of great-grandchildren.
