With sadness, we share the passing of Amanda Heermans of Black Mountain, North Carolina. Amanda, born on August 5, 1946, passed away on August 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wesley Gale Sr. and Naomi Cooper Gale; and her siblings, Frank Gale and Martha Gale. She is survived by: her significant other Toby Green; her former husband John Heermans III; her children, Gretchen Fox, John Heermans IV and Ben Heermans; and her grandchildren, Miles Fox, Sebastian Heermans and Elodie Heermans.
