She was predeceased by: her parents, Zade Ponder and Eva Irene Austin; her husband Ambrose "Mac" McFee; her daughter Deborah Ann McFee; and her sons-in-law, Charles Johnny Ledford and Samuel Joseph Millar.
She is survived by: her daughters, Eva McFee Millar of Garner, NC and Terry McFee Dorlan (Brian) of Black Mountain, NC; her grandchildren, Shannan Olsen (Robert) and Samantha Millar; her great grandchildren, Lillyanna Morgan, Mackenzie Morgan, Sean Millar-Sarvis, Dylan Millar-Sarvis and Austin Quinn; and her adoptive daughter Susie Nesbitt of Old Fort.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:50 PM at the Penland Family Funeral Home (125 South Ave, Swannanoa, NC 28778). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Penland Family Funeral Service (125 South Ave, Swannanoa, NC 28778).
